All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Note: While risk passes to the customer upon handover, Aris.A will provide reasonable assistance in tracking and resolving carrier-related issues where possible.

Aris.A is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Aris.A. You expressly release Shopify from all liabilities arising from your transactions with Aris.A.

Occasionally, information in the Services may contain errors related to pricing, descriptions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice. If your order is canceled due to an error on our part, you will receive a full refund.
