Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Aris.A. We are dedicated to delivering your orders quickly and securely from our fulfillment center in Rancho Cucamonga, California. We currently offer shipping services exclusively within the Domestic United States.

1. Processing Time

Orders are thoughtfully processed within 0–1 business days prior to shipment. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may extend slightly. For fastest service, orders placed by 10:00 AM PST, Monday–Friday, are processed the same day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on either the total order value or the total weight of the package.

“Business days” refer to Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed for Next-Day shipping on Friday will be delivered the next business day (Monday). If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to ensure a replacement or refund is issued.

3. Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

4. Sales Tax & Local Fees

Sales tax is calculated according to the destination specified in your shipping address.

5. Additional Notes & Exceptions

Please note that all delivery timelines are estimates and may be extended due to carrier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Express and Next-Day delivery services may be unavailable in certain remote or restricted destinations.

All orders are shipped from the United States unless otherwise specified.
