At Aris.A, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make your return or exchange experience smooth and fair. This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made on arisausa.com.
1. General Return Window
- All eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date (the date your package was marked as delivered by the carrier).
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
- Items that are defective or arrived damaged may be returned regardless of condition, provided you notify us within the return period.
- Final Sale items, products sold “as is,” gift cards (except where required by law), and gift boxes are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Final Sale Items
Merchandise marked as “Final Sale” is sold as is and may not be returned, exchanged, or adjusted in price.
3. Right to Refuse Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the original condition requirements (e.g., items that are worn, washed, or missing tags) as outlined in this policy.
4. Processing Time
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return after it has been received at our facility. Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.
5. Returns by U.S. Mail
If you would like to return your item(s) by mail:
- Please visit our returns portal to download and print a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund, unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or shipping error
- If you prefer to use your own carrier, we recommend a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

6. Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or item? We offer Quick Exchange Service for your convenience:
- Call us at 1-877-369-7038 to request an exchange.
- We will process the replacement order immediately, charge your designated credit card, and waive standard ground shipping fees for the exchange.
- You may then return the original item through our standard return process.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
7. Consumer Protection Compliance (U.S. Only)
- Returns and refunds are processed in accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws.
- Under the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Mail Order Rule, we are required to ship orders within the time stated at checkout, or else offer you the right to cancel with a full refund.
- California residents may also have specific refund rights under California Business & Professions Code and other applicable state regulations.
