🧵 How to Measure
Waist:
Lay the pant flat on a surface. Gently smooth out the waistband so the front and back are even. Measure straight across from one side of the waistband to the other without stretching. Then double that number to get the full waist circumference.
Hip:
Measure across the pant at the widest part of the hip area—usually about 7–9 inches below the waistband. Make sure the pant is flat and even, then double the number for full hip circumference.
